CASH PAY FEE SCHEDULE ONLY
90-minute – Couples/Family session $250.00
50-to-60-minute – Couples/Family session $175.00
50-to-60-minute -Individual session $135.00
50 to 60 minute – EMDR session $150.00
90-Minute – “RTM” session (minimum 3 sessions pre-paid) $150 each, a total of $450
Legal Proceedings (i.e. Records Requests, Depositions, or Court Testimony) $300.00 Per Hour
Counselor Returning Telephone Calls $35.00 every 15 mins spent
Patient Portal Messaging /Emailing Counselor $35.00 for every 15 mins spent
**Fees apply if outside of the scheduled appointment time – $35.00 for every 15 mins spent to:
- Writing Letters
- Completing Forms
- Reviewing Records
Missed appointments if not canceled 24 hours prior to appt $50.00 or More: up to full session fee (No Show/Cancellation Policy Agreement)
** These fees do not apply to Records Requests, Depositions, or Court Testimony if needed.
For clients from whom your insurance is accepted, your rate will be the contracted rate between the provider and the insurance company. Please be sure to contact your insurance company for a complete benefit explanation as you may be responsible to Cue Counseling Center for copayment/out-of-pocket/deductible/co-insurance amounts. Cue Counseling Center will try to verify benefits prior to your appointment, but the Explanation of Benefits from your insurance carrier will be definitive on what is owed to Cue Counseling.
