What is Mentorship
Mentorship is a relationship in which an outside person (Mentor) who is either more experienced, more knowledgeable, or just unbiased, helps individuals navigate many different situations. Age is not a basis for or against being mentored. Individuals of all ages can benefit from a second opinion, so to speak.
There are many advantages associated with having a trusted Mento. Mentoring provides a brain to pick, an ear to listen, or even a nudge in the right direction. A mentor can open your mind to new ideas and possibilities, identify opportunities, and advise how to improve yourself or situations.

Shouldn’t you have a Mentor?
Shouldn’t your college student have a local trusted Mentor?
Shouldn’t young adults and teenagers have the support of a Mentor?
Shouldn’t someone contemplating a career change obtain a second opinion Mentor?
Shouldn’t someone filled with self-doubt reach out to a Mentor?
{a mentor is someone who allows you to see the “higher part of yourself when sometimes it becomes hidden to your own view.” Oprah Winfrey}
